Palo Santo is a tree native to Peru, Ecuador and other South American countries. Palo Santo means “Holy Tree” in Spanish. It has been used for centuries by the indigenous people of this continent in meditation, rituals and tribal ceremonies.
Palo Santo has remarkable properties. It is used to purify negative energy and aura. Ideally, it is used to incense space before meditation. It calms the mind and harmonizes the body.
Palo Santo also has anti-skeptic and antifungal properties. It has been traditionally used to relieve colds, flu symptoms, stress, asthma, headaches, anxiety and depression.
